The stream meanders through uninhabited woodlands alternating between small rapids and pools. The Kyrönpuro stream is in its natural state, which may at times make it hard to reach the shores to fish, but the water quality is excellent.
The main catch from the stream is trout, and legends tell us that even three-kilo trout have been caught there. This site is entirely in its natural state; hence, there are no camp-fire pits or lean-tos for fishermen. Kyrönpuro is well-suited to light fishing gear.
